The Niagara Construction Association (NCA) h has issued an invitation to participate in a safety group that will result in significant safety improvements and lower WSIB cos
Each safety group has a WSIB-approved sponsor that leads and coordinates the activities of the group. At the beginning of each year, the group makes a list of elements to target, and members select five elements that will improve their health and safety performance.
Employers learn how to address these elements at meetings where they share ideas and pool resources with the other firms in the safety group. At the end of the year, the group can receive a rebate based on its success in addressing safety elements.
