The Niagara Construction Association (NCA) and Aon are presenting a breakfast program about environmental law on March 21.
“Rules are changing on how companies manage excess soil,” the program introduction says. “How will this impact your operations going forward? Also, will your surety facility be impacted by the proposed changes to the Construction Lien Act?”
