The Niagara Home Builders’ Association (NHBA) says it is stunned to learn that Niagara-on-the-Lake Council has passed an Interim Control By-law prohibiting and limiting residential development in the Olde Towne (By-law – see attached map).
“We are working with our provincial counterparts and associated professionals to discuss how this impacts the association and the local and regional economy,” the association says in a statement.
