The City of Niagara Falls has launched CityView Portal, an all-in-one program designed to streamline planning and building permit applications through a paperless process.
Builders and developers will be able to:
- apply online for a building permit or planning application
- check the status of an application
- make payments
- request an inspection
- search for a property
This new online service is available 24/7.
To access the portal, register for a MyCity Dashboard account. The online portal will provide step-by-step instructions on creating an account, submitting an application, or making a payment.
