The Greater Niagara Chamber of Commerce (GNCOC)<\/a><\/span>\u00a0<\/strong>has just announced its finalists in its annual Niagara Business Achievement Awards.<\/p>\n

Among this year\u2019s Excellence in Business winners are:<\/p>\n

\nEnviro-Niagara Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning<\/p>\n

51 employees or more<\/strong>
\nEnbridge
\nKraun Electric<\/p>\n

Excellence in Manufacturing<\/strong>
\nMetal Supermarkets
\nLadson Creative Mill Works
\nNiagara Granite and Marble<\/p>\n

Environmental Leadership<\/strong>
\nHydro Metal Recycling
\nGFL Environmental
\nPinchin Ltd.<\/p>\n

Business of the Year<\/strong>
\nHomes by Hendriks<\/p>\n

Special awards were also announced in the Bestowed Award category, including to Phil Ritchie<\/strong>, president of Keefer Developments<\/strong><\/a><\/span>, who has been named 2016 Builder of the Year<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Keefer\u2019s website says the Niagara based real estate development company specializes in \u201cheritage and brownfield revitalization projects\u201d and that the company is \u201cactive in the revitalization of downtown Niagara Falls.\u201d<\/p>\n

The awards will be handed out in a ceremony June 23 at the Holiday Inn & Suites Parkway Conference Centre in St. Catharines.<\/p>\n
