At the beginning of each year, the group makes a list of elements to target, and members select five elements that will improve their health and safety performance.<br \/>\nEmployers learn how to address these elements at meetings where they share ideas and pool resources with the other firms in the safety group. At the end of the year, the group can receive a rebate based on its success in addressing safety elements.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><strong>Click here for more information about the Safety Groups Program.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Session leader <span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><a style=\"color: #0000ff;\" href=\"http:\/\/safetyworksconsulting.com\/ellaline-davies-president-safety-works-consulting-inc\/\"><strong>Ellaline Davies<\/strong><\/a><\/span> is a WSIB-approved Safety Groups sponsor.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;I feel I have a true partner in the business with regards to safety,&#8221; said <strong>Nexterra<\/strong> president <strong>Anthony D.
