The Niagara Home Builders’ Association (NHBA)<\/strong><\/a><\/span> says it is stunned to learn that Niagara-on-the-Lake Council has passed an Interim Control By-law<\/a><\/span> prohibiting and limiting residential development in the Olde Towne (By-law \u2013 see attached map).<\/p>\n

“We are working with our provincial counterparts and associated professionals to discuss how this impacts the association and the local and regional economy,” the association says in a statement.<\/p>\n
