Strik Baldinelli Moniz engineers for Ontario’s first six-storey wood frame building

Strik Baldinelli Moniz, civil and structural engineers based in Waterloo, have issued a news release saying they completed the structural design for Ontario’s first six-storey wood framed midrise building.

Lintack Architects designed Templar Flats in Hamilton. The engineers say they used their proprietary SX-N-WD design software. Occupancy is scheduled for May 2016.
